Does the person I ask need to download the app?
No. You can ask anyone by phone number; they receive a link and record their video answer without installing anything. The app is for you: to collect the stories you ask for, and to record your own.
How do I send a question?
Open the app, write your own question or pick one from our library of prompts, and send it to a contact by phone number or email. They answer in their own time, no pressure.
Where are my videos stored, and are they private?
Every video belongs to you and is stored privately. There are no public profiles, timelines, or strangers. Videos are kept forever and are only ever shared with the people you choose.
Can I get my videos back if I change my phone?
Yes. Your account is tied to your phone number or email, not your device. Sign in on a new phone with the same number or email and your memories are right where you left them.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We'll remove your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
I sent a question but the recipient never got it. What now?
Double-check the phone number or email you used. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us with the recipient's details and roughly when you sent it, and we'll help track it down.
